***Summer 2009:  The Florence Bridge is out so it is necessary to take the following detour:  Take route 72 to exit 35 (Pittsfield).  Turn south toward Pittsfield.  In Pittsfield, turn left at the first stoplight (Washington Street).  Take this 9 miles to Route 100 (which is in the little town of Detroit).  Turn right on Route 100.  MVCSC is 3/4 of a mile from the junction on the right hand side of the highway.

Take Interstate 72 to the Bluffs exit.  At the end of the exit ramp, turn left onto Route 106/100.  This road will 'T' in about 4 miles.  At the 'T', turn right.  Continue on to Detroit (about 5 miles).  In Detroit, turn left onto Route 100.  MVCSC is approximately 3/4 of a miles from this junction on the right (west) side of the highway.  If you need further directions, please call 217-723-4337 or 217-371-2747.
