What We Believe The mission of Christ Lutheran Church is that given by our Lord Jesus to all of his church, "Go and make disciples of all people, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost, teaching them to observe all things whatever I have commanded you."
As part of The Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod we are committed to perpetuating the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We strive to teach only what Christ and His apostles taught in the New Testament, neither adding to nor subtracting from this original Christian doctrine. We are compelled to teach because Jesus commanded us to do so in His Great Commission. We teach His Word, and His alone, because only the rightly understood Law of God is capable of humbling proud minds and hearts and only the rightly understood Gospel of Christ is capable of consoling disturbed consciences and motivating Christian hearts toward true good works.
