"Our Goal is to Glorify God!"
This summer, FCC is participating in an extreme Bible reading program called "B90X." B90X is a revolutionary system of intense, truth-absorbing, brain-busting Bible reading that will transform your understanding of Scripture and take you from "Intro" to "Nitro" in just 90 days! Your personal trainers, Ben and Rob, are going to drag participants through the most intense infusion of God's Vision that they have EVER experienced. If you choose to participate, you won't believe the results! Sunday morning messages all summer will be based on the reading for each week. FCC's Fall Kick-off will be on Sunday, September 12, at 6:00 pm. We will formally introduce our Fall Sunday and Wednesday Evening programs at that time. There will also be a potluck fellowship meal for the entire family. For more information, contact the church office at 662-7626 or by email.
The Christian Church Clothes Closet is located at 127 W. 5th street. They distribute clothing to anyone who needs it on Tuesdays and Saturdays, every other week. Clothing for adults and children is available at the current time. The clothes closet will next be open on Tuesday, August 31, and Saturday, September 4 from 9:00 until 11:00 am. There are openings available in some important ministry areas. If you have a special skill or talent, please consider using it to glorify God and benefit our congregation and the community. If you would like to have us help you identify your spiritual gifts, we can assist with that as well. IMMEDIATE need to be filled: We NEED volunteers to help in the Church nursery.
