Rev. Dr. Thomas Donoho, B.A., D.Clc.(h.c.) is a graduate of Judson University and is an experienced mental health professional, certified addictions counselor (with specialty areas, including mental disorders and medication-assisted treatment counseling), certified clinical hypnotherapist, and certified paralegal. He has been an ordained minister in good standing since 2002 with United Christian Ministries International. 

Rev. Dr. Laurence LoMastro, B.D., D.Cd.(h.c.) is experienced in preaching, leading worship and prison ministry. He completed five years of Bible and ministry studies and received a Bachelor of Divinity church degree in recognition of those studies.  Rev. LoMastro received a Doctor of Christian Discipleship honoris causa degree for his many years of service in Christian ministry.

Rev. Glenn Scott, Dip.Min., B.D.(h.c.) is experienced in evangelism and addictions. He has received a Bachelor of Divinity church degree and ministers at motorcycle rallies and other events and is a member of the Christian Motorcyclists Association where he has received additional training in ministry.

GLM uses a co-pastor approach to church government, relying on the collective skills and talents of the above ministers in running the affairs of the ministry/church as a team.
