2005 ACP Benefit
Above, Father Michael Gilligan confers the Gratiam Dei Award on Norma McCorvey, who is "Jane Roe" of the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision of the United State Supreme Court. Miss Norma is now an articulate spokesperson for the pro-life cause. In 1998, she was welcomed into the Catholic Church by
Father Pavone.

Fathers Joe Bennett, Pierre Barr, and Jim Flynn. In the foreground are Tom and Joan Cipich. Father Bennett and the Cipich family are from Holy Ghost Parish (South Holland) which uses the Leaflet Missal. So does Holy Name of Mary Parish (Chicago), where Father Flynn is pastor.

After her presentation at the ACP Benefit, Norma McCorvey went to Sunday Mass the following morning, at St. Rocco Oratory in Chicago Heights. There, she delivered a similar, pro-life message, which was well received and much appreciated.
