Sunday School

We have Sunday School for all ages, from Nursery through Adult, at 9:30 a.m. each Sunday during the school year.

Book Reading Group

The "Bookworms" meet once a month to discuss a book they all have read.

Women's Ministries

On the first Thursday of each month, Salem Women's Fellowship meets at 1:30 p.m. to enjoy a devotional program and dessert in addition to discussing some of the ministries which they direct. All women who are interested are warmly invited.

The Missionary Sewing ministry provides quilts to individuals in need and to organizations which distribute to individuals in need. They meet on the third Tuesday of each month at 1:30 p.m. to work on quilts.

Men's Club

A group of Salem's men gather on the third Thursday of each month for supper, games and fellowship. In the summer, the gatherings are usually held outdoors at a local parkand begin with a cookout followed by horseshoes, shuffleboard, bocce ball, or miniature golf.

 Salem Choir

The choir sings to the glory of God once a month from September through May on the third Sunday of the month, and at other special services.

Worship Tapes

Salem provides audio and video tapes of all worship services to anyone who is interested in receiving them. We also provide video tapes on a rotating schedule with other area churches for broadcast by the local high school television station, LWTV.

Ecumenical Events

We are active in ecumenical events in the community of Lena.
