J - TEAM MISSION STATEMENT:
Jesus said, "I praise you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because you have hidden these things from the wise and learned, and revealed them to little children." Matt. 11:25
Simply stated,
- we believe that this generation of children represents the plan of God in bringing true, grass roots revival to the churches, cities, and states of this nation and beyond. We have seen kids get involved sharing the Gospel with others, and we have seen many thousands come to Christ as a result.
- We believe that God is using us as catalysts to encourage children, their parents, and leaders to fulfill the Great Commission.
- We believe that past acceptance of children's ministry being categorized as glorified baby-sitting for Jesus cannot be tolerated today. Excellence must characterize all ministries to the new generation.
- We believe that children grow spiritually through serious response to the sharing of God's Word. We also believe that children learn by having FUN!!
The J - Team (Jesus Team) meets once a week on Wednesday evenings at 7:00-8:15 p.m. at River of Life Worship Center in Fordsville, Kentucky.
In the year 2000, 1/2 of the world's population was UNDER THE AGE OF 15 YRS.
Today, 83% of Christians in the
54% came to Christ between the ages of 5 and 9 yrs.
In these perilous days, J-TEAM’S God ordained mission is to take the saving Gospel of Jesus Christ:
- to every child
- in every manner possible
- to every place we possibly can
- while we can.
