Labyrinth Dedication on Pentecost 2007
THE LABYRINTH IS COMPLETED!
Thanks to many helping hands and hard workers these last several weeks. The Labyrinth at St. David’s, on the lawn behind Nelson Hall, is complete . As the above picture shows, the brick work of this 11 circuit labyrinth, styled after the one at Chartres Cathedral in France, complete with a six petal rosette in the middle, is finished, and the pathways have been filled with loam and bluestone gravel. The labyrinth settled over the winter, and is ready for you to use.
A dedication ceremony was held on Pentecost Sunday, 2007
