Criteria for Awards:

                    1. Only members of S1. David's congregation will be eligible.

                   2. Each applicant must formally apply to the Scholarship Committee, using this
                       form. Deadline is May 20, 2012.

                   3 Each applicant will be judged by his/her contributions to the life of the parish
                      (acolyte, church school, lay reader, choir, youth group, assistance in grounds
                      maintenance under supervision, community service, etc.). Character and
                      academic performance will also be taken into consideration.

                     4 Financial aid awards are given to assist with tuition for study programs such as
                       college, graduate study, career enhancement and special summer programs.

--The Scholarship Committee

The funds for scholarship awards have been made available from generous bequests
by Caroline Walker, Edith Hutton, Grace Wheat, Ruth Stott and the Rev. Charles
Ehly, as well as from contributions by the S1. David's Thrift Shop, memorial
donations and donations by individual members and non-members of S1. David's parish.

The management of the fund will be under the direct supervision of the Scholarship
Committee.
