On Saturday, December 6 and Sunday, December 8, 2008 we had 3 teas to benefit Habitat for Humanity. After costs were taken into account we were still able to provide $760 toward Bedford’s Habitat project, a good result on a very busy weekend in town. The food evoked rave reviews, and guests left feeling quite satisfied. Not only were there beautifully decorated tables as well as the general decorations in the vestry, but guests could also move across the hall to browse and perhaps purchase items in the Yuletide Treasures room that was still in place in the library and parlor.   Thanks to all who helped and all who supported the event.
