July 19, 2009 was a picture-perfect day...sunny...no humidity...slight breeze...gorgeous! And it was the day we had a wonderful pot luck church picnic for members and guests. It was held in the shady area behind the church. The menu included hotdogs, potato salads, cole slaw, bean salad, baked beans, fruit salad, chips, lemonade and Bedford Farms ice cream with homemade sauce. There were a couple of games, including croquet, with Cecile as the winner! Kendra brought her guitar and many gathered around her and sang songs, while others played games and visited.
