The third annual in-house, no-stress, no rehearsal, family-fun Variety Show held on Leap Day, February 29th was a delightful evening of talent and silliness!

The evening began with Kaitlyn Crockett performing a voice solo followed by voice solos by Audrey and Amelia Leida. Brett Leida accompanied each on the piano.  Julie Braschler had the audiences in stitches as she attempted to orchestrate the audience in clapping a waltz and later, by making balloon animals.  She also masterminded a water-passing-through-the ear skit which included Wendy Stacey, Wendy Plansky, Donna Shroff and Allyson Printz.  Emily Printz and Kavita Shroff teamed up for a piano duet and were followed by the comedy duo of Marc Printz and Ben Stacey.  Kristin Plansky and Eliza Stacey performed a dance routine and Bryan LeBlanc played the saxophone while Kyle Whitmore and Nathan LeBlanc kept up the show’s comic relief. Stephanie Aurenz played the guitar and Kavita Shroff played a piano solo.  The evening concluded with Aryn Colonero performing a solo dance routine and Eric Stacey presenting a math-based brainteaser.  Courtney Stacey was the master of ceremonies.

Many thanks to those who helped with the set-up and snacks and to our ever-faithful sound man, Scot Aurenz.  We had 23 people in the audience who were not directly related to the performers – up from 12 last year!
