The Moderator conducts all meetings of the congregation and chairs the Council.
The Clerk keeps minutes of all congregational and council meetings, and maintains records of baptisms, marriages, memberships and deaths.
The Collector receives and records all church offerings before transferring the money to the Treasurer. In the absence of the Collector, the Assistant Collector is empowered to perform the Collector's duties.
The Treasurer receives and deposits all money for the church, pays all bills, and maintains accurate financial records. The Treasurer works closely with the Stewardship and Finance Board to ensure the fiscal soundness of the church. The Assistant Treasurer is empowered to act in the Treasurer's absence.
The Auditor examines all financial records of the church and reports on the findings at the Annual Congregational Meeting.
The Historian records the official history of the church and maintains a collection of written, audio and pictorial records and artifacts of significant and interesting events.
