Rush Creek Bible Church
People of God...People of the Word...With a Heart for the World

Being the youth pastor at Rush Creek is an exciting privilege because we have some of the finest leaders and students, and because this church truly supports the youth ministry.

Rush Creek's youth ministry has approximately 75-80 students (in 7th-12th grades) involved in our youth groups, Sunday school classes, and Small Groups. Our students come from many different schools, from Caledonia to Hopkins.

Since it is not possible for me (or any other individual leader) to build deeper relationships with that many students, we employ a team concept where we rely on each of the leaders to build relationships with students.

These leaders are each truly youth ministers, and we all act as a team to accomplish our mission, which you can see below.

A main part of my job is to train leaders and students who want to be equipped to minister to students, who can then reach out to their peers with Christ's love, through leading small group Bible studies, praise team, mission trips, and other service ministry opportunities.

I look forward to meeting you and your student, and I welcome your questions about Rush Creek's Youth Ministry.

In Christ's name,
Pastor Brian
