COMPASSION We recognize the importance of going to the lost in a world that is increasingly distant from the values and views of God and His Word. "How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? And how can they preach unless they are sent?" (Romans 10:14-15). We are committed to encouraging, developing and resourcing individuals who are sent by God to reach the variety of people groups who have not heard the gospel.

What is Stephen Ministry?

An outreach ministry within Redeemer Covenant Church, whose purpose is to give loving, confidential, individualized care and support to those facing difficult circumstances in their lives: 

Death
Job loss/transition
Broken relationships
Health concerns
Empty nest
Parenting difficulties
Relocation
Anything in which you find you are unable to cope

How can I (or someone I know) receive help?
Contact the pastor, or you may call the church office for names of Stephen Ministry leaders.

Who can become a Stephen Minister?
Any Christian man or woman desiring to give supportive care to hurting people.
Anyone able to commit to a two-year program which includes 50 hours of training, plus monthly meetings for continuing education and mutual encouragement.
