Nate and Maam Beckman arrived in Thailand as missionaries in the spring in 2003. Maam was born and raised in Thailand. She accepted Christ as a girl as a result of attending English classes at a church in her home town. She later had the opportunity to attend a Bible School in Bangkok where she met Nate who was on a short term mission trip.

After Nate finished language school, they worked in a church planting effort in Kabin Buri for about two years.

Afther their first furlough they have returned to Bangkok. We have teamed together with the Beckmans for church planting in the Bangkok Noi district of Bangkok.

The Beckman's have two children, Ryann and Hudson.
