THE WORD OF TRUTH is a 40-page quarterly publication,designed for thoughtful believers, authored and edited by brother Given O. Blakely. Now in its 45th year (2006) this periodical focuses on the nature and content of the Gospel of Christ, confirming its relevancy to the whole of legitimate life. It is sent throughout the world at no cost to its recipients. THE BUILDER is a monthly periodical prepared for preachers, teachers, and Christian leaders in Pakistan. It is 30 pages in length, in the Urdue language, and is sent to 4,000 Christian leaders, who minister regularly to around 600,000 believers.
BOOKS FOR PAKISTANI CHRISTIAN LEADERS. Several books containing brother Blakely's writings have been translated into the Urdue language for Pakistani Christian leaders. Over 110,000 of these books have been distributed as of 1/2007. Titles include, "God and His Word," "The Relationship of Faith to God's word," "Baptism," "Christ's Increasing Kingdom," "The Ministry of the Holy Spirit," Man's Need of Salvation," The Priority of Preaching," "How We Got Our Bibles," "The Necessity of Teaching," "Why Are There Calamities?" "The Ministry of the Holy Spirit," and "Revelations of God." An additional book, "The New Birth," was written by brother Ricky Sims, has been translated into Urdue, and widely distributed among Christian Leaders in Pakistan.
BOOKS FOR FRENCH SPEAKING PEOPLE are translated from brother Blakely's writing, and distributed among the French speaking people of the world including African countries, France, Swiss, Canada, and the United States. The last book published was "Provision for Protection," an exposition of First John 2:15-29. Books to be printed during 2007 include "The Indispensable Gospel" and "Confidence and Assurance."
OUR MEDIA MINISTRY involves preparing and sending out printed lessons, bulletins, audio cassette tapes, MP3 CD-ROM recording, and DVD video recordings. These are sent throughout the world each month at no cost to the recipients.
A THOUGHT FOR THE DAY is a daily email devotion, sent throughout the world at no cost. Each devotion is from 800-1500 words in length, and is presented in a series format. THE WORD OF TRUTH Quarterly is also translated into the Malayalam language in India. It is presently distributed to 10,000 Christian leaders and students.
THE WORD OF TRUTH RADIO BROADCAST is aired over KNEO, Neosho MO, Moinday through Friday at 4:00 PM. This program focuses on the Person, Accomplishments, and Ministry of Jesus Christ. Brother Given O. Blakely is the primary speaker, with frequent messages delivered by other ministers of the Word of Truth Fellowship.
