Prayer
They soar in jets above the land,
They sail beyond the seas.
They march across the desert,
They crawl between the trees.
No matter what the role they play
Each chooses to protect
The lives of all Americans.
For this we owe a debt.
Today, and every single day
'Til each returns safe and sound,
Please say a little prayer with me
For the troops: air, sea, and ground.
God Please...
Grant them courage,
When times seem bleak.
Grant them strength,
When they feel weak.
Grant them comfort,
When they feel all alone,
And most of all, God,
Please bring them all home.

Lord we come before you this day, lifting each of these special loved ones up to you. Our hands are lifted up and our trust is in You. You know the situations of each name. We use this page as a means of a perpetual prayer lifted up to You. There are mothers, fathers, sisters and brothers...sons and daughters on our list. There are young adults "fresh out" of high school on lock-down in Germany. There are young people on the front line who joined so that they could provide a better life for their families. You know of the mother who joined the service within the last six months and now is in a fight like she never would have imagined. Wrap Your mighty loving arms of protection around them. It is our prayer that each one has trusted Your precious Son Jesus the Christ for their salvation. We trust You, God. We love You. We magnify You! Gant them....and us all ..... that peace that surpaseth all understanding as we abide in You! In Jesus' precious name we pray. Amen
