II Corinthians 3:2                                         “How do men read your heart”

II Corinthians 3:2 - Ye are our epistle written in our hearts, known and read of all men:

What do men read in our hearts…To some it would be sports illustrated, and soap opera digest or perhaps field and stream?

You are an open book to men as you walk through this walk of life.

Matthew 5:8 - Blessed are the pure in heart : for they shall see God.

*Do they see a heart changed by the power of God!

II Corinthians 5:17 - Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

*Simply be a believer

Romans 10:10 - For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation

The simple things in life are many times over looked. Don’t overlook salvation.

*Simply be born again

John 3:7 - Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.

I Peter 1:23 - Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever

The first birth will place you here in this world. The second birth will give you a place in heaven!

The first death takes you out of this world. The second death takes you out of the presence of the Lord.

Hebrews 9:27 - And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:

*Do they see a heart changed by the peace of God!

Colossians 3:15 - And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful.

Our peace isn’t a security system, but the security in Jesus! Think about if all you had was in the stock market, and it crashed. You would lose it all if that is your mind set. That’s why so many took their lives in the great depression. Your soul is the greatest thing of value you have!

(WE ARE TO BLESSED TO BE DEPRESSED)

Romans 4:21 - And being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform.

Romans 8:6 - For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.

Philippians 4:7 - And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus

*You now know hope

Titus 2:13 - Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;

II Corinthians 5:7 - (For we walk by faith, not by sight:)

*You now know your heading

Romans 5:1 - Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:

*Do they see a heart changed by the Person of God! (Jesus)

Psalms 37:39 - But the salvation of the righteous is of the LORD: he is their strength in the time of trouble.

No longer sad, but saved!

No longer wasted, but wanted!

No longer wondering, but watching!

The Lord saves you!

The Lord seals you! Ephesians 4:30-

People are more concerned about their looks, than they are their life!

Many fill the pews of our churches with hearts that lack devotion, and desire for the things of God.

Matthew 15:8 - This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me.

LIPS AND LIFE MUST BE THE SAME! ARE YOU READING YOUR HEART RIGHT?

Hearts full of the LORD and hearts full of LOVE will spill over, spill out, and show a change.
