Romans 8:35-39                         “Secure in Salvation”

Not a hope so, or I think so, but a know so.

So many live way below of having surety and, security of salvation.

It's not by Baptism by water, but by the Blood of Jesus that gives us access to salvation!

The water will just get you wet if their is no repentence!

* We cannot lose it Verse 35

Who shall separate us from the love of Christ?

No one…not even our on selves.

Not saved today and lost tomorrow…Saved forever by the grace of God!

Romans 8:1

There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

(John 10:27-30)

* It will not fade

Many things today will fade....JOY..DESIRES.

Sun light will fade many materials and colors, but when you have the Son of God in your heart.. That will never fade away.

* It will not fail (It is through faith)

I Peter 1:5

Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.

I fail him, but he never fails me.

* It will not flee

Jude 24

Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy.

He has the power to keep me, because he has all power!

* We cannot leave it

You cannot walk away from true Salvation. Your spirit may fail .Your service may fail, but your Salvation is of the Lord and through the Lord Jesus Christ.

Many have walked out of many things, but the saints can not walk out of the hands of God!

* You can’t end it

(II Corinthians 1:22)

Who hath also sealed us, and given the earnest of the Spirit in our hearts.

"His seal is upon us"

* You can’t exhaust it

(Ephesians 4:30)

And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption

"Sealed again"

* You can’t escape it

(Hebrews 6:19)

Which hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and stedfast, and which entereth into that within the veil;

If you feel nothing, maybe you have nothing .Big as God is you know if he is in your heart.

* We cannot limit it Verse 39

Look how far up he is willing to go (height) Look how far down he is willing to go (depth)

He became sin for us..who knew no sin. Think about how low he came to redeem us. Think about the cross and the fact he suffered and died for us.

* It’s set in God's Grace

Ephesians 2:8-9

For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God : Not of works lest any man should boast.

Grace has kept us! Not works!

How do we get that grace ? Not in water baptism, not by being a Baptist, but  by the blood of Christ! We should be baptize but only after conversion. This is following the Lord's example!

For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Romans 1:16

For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

Key word "believeth" do you believe?
