John 3:16-17                   " The lift in the love of God"       April 1, 2007

* God's love has been clearly declared   "For God SO loved"

* His affection is declared

I John 4:19  We love him, because he first loved us.

I Peter 5:7 Casting all your care upon him: fof he careth for you.

* His acceptance is declared

Ephesians 2:18  For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father. 

Jesus loves me this i know for the Bible tells me so!

* God's love has been clearly displayed    "He gave"

God gave God ( He gave the best)

The cross is a clear picture of his love for us!

* He took our place

John 15:13  Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.  

* He took our punishment

II Corinthians 5:21  For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him

He didn't just say he loved us, He showed it!

* God's love has bee clearly defined

* It's an enduring love

Romans 5:8  But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. 

(Ephesians 3:19)

* It's an everlasting love

(Jeremiah 31:3)

I John 2:25  And this is the promise that he hath promised us, even eternal life.  

* God's love has been clearly described Vrs 17

* By his SON

1 John 4:10  Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins. 

* By his Salvation

Ephesians 2:4 - But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us,

You can know the love of God, if you know JESUS!
