Philippians 3:17-19                " The shame of it all "

* Shameful Preachers

Preaching today doesn't offer life. Preaching today doesn't offend lifestyles.

Mark 16:15 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.

His command was not to go to the world and DRAMA them, or PUPPET SHOW them, but to preach the word. ( II Timothy 4:1-5 ) We have surely...slowly...staryed from what pleases the Lord.

* Shameful Preachers fail to preach it straight

Preaching today is aimed at nothing, hitting nothing, doing nothing!

We must preach the truth!

John 8:32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

* Shameful Preachers fail to proclaim salvation

Isaiah 58:1 " Cry aloud, spare not, lift up thy voice like a trumpet"

We fail to preach messages aimed at the heart of the problem....SIN. We fail to preach messages aimed at the solution....JESUS. You miss the mark when is is not aimed at the Lord.

* Shameful preachers fail to promote scripture

Romans 10:17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

My opinion does not matter, what matters is what God's word has already declared!

* Shameful People

Saints listen to the same music that the world listens to, the saints love the same things the world loves, how shameful.

* People who fail to live separated lives

II Corinthians 6:17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and i will receive you.

* People who fail to love the saints

John 13:35 By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.

The sign of true salvation "LOVE"

* People who fail to lift up the savour

Psalm 150:6 Let every thing that hath breath praise the Lord. Praise ye the Lord.

Luke 7:23 And blessed is he, whosoever shall not be offended in me.

We have lost our voice, our vision, and Victory when the saints stop lifting up Jesus.

*Shameful Problems

We are now fancy, formal and foolish in the church today, and that is why we have failed.

We have big empty building full of dead people. A whloe lot of stuff and no spirit.

Today this generation has so much stuff we rent buildings to store stuff we do not need.

* The problem is earthly things

matthew 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

* The problem is earthly thinking

Romans 1:22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools.

* The problem is earthly teaching

I Corinthians 15:50 Now this i say, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption.

You will fail to be saved if you try to get to heaven by some way other way. Jesus is the only way . What a shame that would be to hear the truth and, reject the truth. It would be a shame for you to die and go to a Hell.
