Nominating Committee Report

The job of the Nominating committee is to select and ask people they feel can and will perform the required duties of the various boards, committees and positions, which are vacant or will be vacated at the end of the fiscal year, within the Church at Annual Meeting. With this in mind, the Nominating Committee started meeting in early August with a list of such positions. At the time there were 18 vacancies and 17 positions which would be vacated at her close of the fiscal year. After much though and prayer we began approaching many people, who we felt God was leading us to ask to serve His Church. We asked them to prayerfully consider serving in the capacity which we felt God wanted him or her to serve. Over the next two months we continued to meet, pray and ask people to serve. As of our last official meeting n September 20, this is the slate of officers we have to propose at annual meeting. This slate leaves 16 vacant positions in the Church.
