The Eastern Diocese of the Polish National Catholic Church has parishes in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island.

The Diocesan Cathedral is Holy Trinity Cathedral located in Manchester, New Hampshire.

The Bishop of the Eastern Diocese is the Rt. Rev. Thomas J. Gnat.

The Auxiliary Bishop of the Eastern Diocese is the Rt. Rev. Anthony Kopka.

We welcome everyone to join us in bringing the Gospel of Jesus Christ to our environs as we seek the blessing and guidance of Almighty God, One in the Holy Trinity.


The Polish National Catholic Church welcomes all and is not just for people of Polish descent.  The primary language of our liturgy is English.
