* We have no funds established to cover emergency capital expenses. Our finances are limited, far below accepted norms for churches our size and buildings of such historical significance. Plans are underway to conduct regular capital campaigns to bring these funds up to and sustain them at appropriate levels. But we have conditions that demands our immediate attention. We cannot stop the rain.
