St. Philip's Christmas Celebration Bazaar is Saturday, December 6, 2009, at the Church Parish Hall, 42 South Main Street, Norwood, NY.

Featured will be home-baked goods, candy, homemade craft items - knits, sewing items, fresh greens table with wreaths and garlands, plus other small evergreen decorations - all had made. Also a jewlery table with handmade earrings, necklaces - seasonal and all occasion.  And of course, a white elephant table.  A luncheon will also be served featuring homemade soups and sandwiches, beverages, and dessert.

If you have items that you wish to donate to the bazaar, please see Joan Ladouceur.

Do you have a limited time frame to worship in the morning before work....or do you wish to have guidance in your worship without the inconvenience of looking up the daily readings in your Book of Common Prayer...or if you just want to occasionally access the Daily Office because if it more convenient, then go to:  http://www.missionstclare.com/english/  and enjoy the gift of our church's  wonderful opportunity to worship God using the Episcopal Book of Common Prayer.

O God, whose blessed Son came into the world that he might destroy the works of the devil and make us children of God and heirs of eternal life:  Grant that, having this hope, we may purify ourselves as he is pure; that, when he comes again with power and great glory, we may be made like him in his eternal and glorious kingdom; where he lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever.  Amen.
