What a privilege it is, being the Church of Jesus Christ, crucified and raised from the dead. Here we acknowledge that holiness is a word that belongs only to our Lord Jesus. He is the source of all mercy.

We gather here hungry to be fed by our Lord through word and sacrament. Here in this gathering, our Lord would work upon us - as a potter to clay - transforming us from one degree to another, in order that we might become the beauty of His living invitation in a dying world to healing and hope. Here in this gathering, we would wait and pray for the dawn of that promised day when our Lord will return and make all life new.
