The Basket Gala is a much anticipated annual event that raises money for the Family Emergency/Disaster Relief Fund.

This fund was established to help individuals and families in Western New York who may find themselves in difficult circumstances due to, but not limited to, prolonged illness, sudden unexpected events, loss of job, home fire, or a member of the family serving in the military.

This is our Chairperson, Marsha  with Tom.  Marsha has coordinated this event since its beginning.  It is because of Marsha's hard work and love for this project and the people it will help, that makes the Gala the success it is year after year.

Basket Gala 2010 Update

St. Paul’s 8^th Annual Basket Gala to benefit our WNY Family Disaster Ministry was held on Friday, April 23 at the Buffalo Niagara Marriott. $11,936 was raised and 263 people attended. There were over 200 baskets and 9 grand prizes. A record number of WNY and Canadian businesses donated to this ministry! The Basket Gala team, through eBay sales, Bake Sales, the Book/Media Sale and cash donations, raised enough to cover all but $800 of the expenses.
