The New Orlean's Nine!

Seven teens and 2 adults want to thank the congregation for their support!  The National Lutheran Youth Gathering in New Orleans was great!

Jesus, Justice and Jazz is the theme and the kids got really "jazzed"

Paper Bag Food Drive

The Confirmation Class has provided the congregation with paper grocery sacks. Please take a bag and fill it with non-perishable food items and well as paper goods, soap and cleaning supplies.

On November 22nd the donations will be blessed as part of Consecration Sunday.

These foods will support three food pantries:

Resurrection Lutheran

University Presbyterian

Amherst Baptist

Door-to-Door Can Good Drive

The Senior High Sunday School Class will be going door to door this Sunday to hang 300 doornob signs to allert the neighborhood that they will be collecting can goods on Saturday November 14th from 11AM - 2PM.

This food will be placed on the altar steps to benefit the three food pantries that we support.
