NSCC Leadership
We believe the church ought to be governed by a group of elders elected by the congregation and that our congregation whould maintain a formal connection to the rest of the church. Our government is neither congregational ( a form of government in which theorectically the individual members make all decisions in the church) nor hierarchial (a form of government in which the local church is controlled by authorities above and apart form the local church.) We maintain a connection to a group of other churches that hold us accountable to maintain the truth, purity, and growth of the gospel and with whom we can enter into greater and more effective ministry together than if we were alone.
