North Shore Community Church
"To Know Christ and Make Him Known"

You’ve arrived!!

Welcome to the to Nursery of North Shore Community Church.

We love all the little lives God brings to us.  We hope you will experience that as you leave your little one with us.

Here are our Nursery Objectives and Protocol:

The key word for a nursery is security.  We want parents to know we are working with them.  Thus we endeavor to provide:

 -competent caretakers
 -a safe environment
 -a clean facility

-Nursery will be available Sundays at 9:30-11:30; also for special events which will be published.

-There will be two caretakers (more as population dictates)
These caretakers will be screened prior to being assigned to nursery duty.

-A parent must sign in their child.  Let the worker know if they can have a snack or if there are any allergies or special needs to be aware of.

-Children who are ill will be better off with parents.  A child with symptoms such as fever, yellow or green runny nose, rash, heavy coughing, diarrhea or vomiting within 24 hours will not be encouraged to use the toddler room that Sunday.

-Toys and furniture will be cleaned, maintained and sanitized regularly.

-Toddlers meet together in classroom 4 (nursery room) at 9:30.  they will be brought into classroom 2b if signed  out by a partent for the morning worship service at 10:30.  A parent may opt to keep their child with them in the sanctuary for the worship.  Once in the toddler room, they will have free play during the first half hour.     A structured time will begin at 11:00, which will include play, snack, story, singing and clean-up.

-Please make sure diaper bags, bottles or cups are labeled.

-Let us know how we can work to better serve our little ones or just to let us know things went well.

Thanks again for coming!
