Sometimes people have questions before they visit a church for the first time. Here are some that you might be asking, along with our answers.
· How long does the worship service last? Typically, our worship service begins at 11:00 a.m. and ends at 12:10 p.m.
· Is there a dress code? No, we don’t tell people what to wear. In our gatherings, as in other Alfred community functions, you will see everything from casual to almost formal attire being worn.
· When I come into the church sanctuary, where am I supposed to sit? You may sit wherever you like. Don’t be surprised if some of our regular attendees welcome you and invite you to sit with them.
· Do I have to do anything special during the worship service? No one will ask you to stand up and identify yourself during the worship service. You will not be called on to speak. A financial gift of any size is appreciated as it is used for God’s work in the ministry of our church.
· What will happen after I have visited the
