~ Visitors ~
We want you to be able to get the full experience at Utica Church of Christ with great music, encouraging messages, and friendly people. We know that your first time at a church brings up some questions. How do I get there? What should I wear? What's available for my kids? What to expect?
Getting There
You can find directions at the bottom of this page. Our Bible class begin at 9:30 a.m. and Worship begins at 10:30 a.m. One of our friendly greeters will be there to greet you with a smile and a warm welcome. Bulletins are available to give you an idea what the schedule is for the day. If you need childcare or are looking for a class for you and your kids, they'll help you find what you need.
What to Wear
We're more interested in getting to know you and meeting your needs than what you wear. So dress casually and you'll fit right in.
For the Kids
Childcare is provided in our nursery and preschool area for kids birth to 5 years. At 9:30 a.m. Bible classes are available for all ages. A list of our classes is available on the Sunday School page of this website or the bulletin board next to our Ministers office. Ask a greeter to help you find the right class.
Because we believe in the importance of family at Utica, your older kids will stay with you during the first half of worship. When the sermon begins, elementary age kids are invited to a nearby room for a message that is designed just for them.
What to Expect
We are a congregation with an average attendance of around 105. We invite you to come enjoy worship that combines the old classics with current music. You'll hear a message that is practical and relevant. Something you can apply to your life right away.
There is a lot to think about when you visit a church for the first time. We are friendly people and we want you to feel at home when visiting Utica. We want you to experience the encouragement and love that God has for you. Be sure to fill out a visitor card in the back of the pews so that we can keep in touch with you.
