The Rev. Dr. Keith A. Gebhart has accepted the call to serve as the pastor of St. Paul’s Evangelical & Reformed Church in Piqua. At a special congressional meeting held Sunday, October 30, 2011 Dr. Gebhart received unanimous approval.
Pastor Gebhart brings to Piqua a career of more than 30 years in pastoral ministry, having served congregations in Alexandria and Marion, Indiana, Nashville, Tennessee and Hamilton, Ohio. Dr. Gebhart also serves as a Hospice chaplain with United Health Care and is eager to share his pastoral skills with the local congregation and Piqua community.
Church growth, conflict management, team building, and leadership development and training are strengths that Dr. Gebhart will bring to the local church. Coupled with dynamic preaching skills and strong hospital and home visitation skills, Dr. Keith Gebhart is a welcomed addition to St. Paul’s Evangelical and Reformed Church and the Piqua community. The church invites the community to meet Dr. Gebhart and his wife, Crystal, and children Megan, Matthew and Kelsey on Sundays at the church located at 500 N. Downing Street.
