St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Logan, OH
Our Mission: "To be the Body of Christ in service to one another and to the world".

St. Paul's Episcopal Church  is a congregation in the small town of Logan, Ohio about one hour southeast of Columbus. Logan is a part of the beautiful Hocking Hills region of Ohio.  St. Paul's was officially recognized as a congregation by the Diocese of Southern Ohio on Ash Wednesday in 1906. Our church building, located on the corner of Main & Culver Streets, was completed in 1912.

St. Paul's is a prayerful church with beautiful, reverent worship services. At St. Paul’s we believe that the Kingdom of God is under construction right here on earth today and that we are called to help build it. Through our various outreach activities, we strive to do our share. We minister to our community in several ways, including a monthly feeding ministry, a layette ministry for new mothers and a prayer shawl ministry.

Our Holy Communion is typically celebrated according to Rite II from the 1979 Book of Common Prayer, except during Lent and Advent when Rite I is used.

The Episcopal Church is a “daughter church” of the Church of England and the American branch of the Anglican Communion, a body headed spiritually by the Archbishop of Canterbury and having some 80 million members, making it the second largest Christian body in the world. These churches, while autonomous in their governance, are bound together by tradition, Scripture, and the inheritance they have received from the Church of England.

The Episcopal Church came into existence as an independent denomination after the American Revolution. Today it has between two and three million members in the United States, Mexico, and Central America, all of which are under jurisdiction of the Presiding Bishop of the Episcopal Church, the Rt. Rev. Katharine Jefferts Schori .

We invite you to join us as we worship the Lord our God

and endeavor to glorify God and enjoy Him forever.
