We have been giving service to this community as a parish since 1821! Even though we are 188 years old we are getting better with age, thanks to the wonderful guidance and grace of our Lord and Savior Jesus the Christ. We have worship services each Sunday at 10:30 (with organ) and noon (with guitar). Our Sunday School begins at 9:00.
St. Jacob is also on the national register of historic places. We are on their website right along with the Paul Laurence Dunbar House and the Wright Brothers Cycle shop! We are listed as "Jacob's Church". If you would like to see it just click on the following link: www.nationalregisterofhistoricplaces.com/OH/Montgomery/state2.html
Directions: We are on the same road as the Dayton Mall, just south of Dayton. When on State Route 75, take exit 44 (Rt. 725 - Centerville/Miamisburg) and go west in to town. Rt. 725 turns in to Central Avenue. There is one set of railroad tracks that you will go over and the church is on the right immediately after that. We are 213 E. Central. Watch for our wonderful outdoor signboard. You can't miss us as we have the tallest steeple in the whole downtown area! http://maps.yahoo.com/py/maps.py?&csz=Miamisburg,OH,45342 Do you smell the famous Hamburger Wagon? Then you are almost to St. Jacob!
