NOW IS THE TIME: We are looking for some good volunteers to host a Fellowship Hour in 2012. The signup sheet is downstairs in Fellowship Hall.
THE LEADERSHIP TEAM would like to meet with you, share the good things that are happening at church, and ask you how they can be praying for you. In the coming weeks someone from the Leadership Team will be contacting you to find a time to get together. We are excited to get to know you better and to strengthen our community.
THE HARBOR SNACK SCHEDULE:
2/5 – Martin 2/12 – Helmetz 2/19 – Berch
WORK DAY, SAT., 2/11 – 9 AM – NOON: All are cordially invited to join Property Management for a few hours. Contact Gail Means for details.
ATTENTION: If you like to draw, and would be willing to have your drawings on the front of the bulletin, please see Pastor Greg. We are looking for people of all ages to design the cover of our bulletins
HELPERS NEEDED: Would you like to be in the Website Group? If you have a knack for putting in code for websites, or are basically intuitive and fearless about computer stuff, we could use some help keying in the information on our new website. It is already designed and purchased, we just need to put it into play. If you are interested, please contact Nancy Aikins at nancy.aikins@gmail.com or see her personally to volunteer your time. Thanks!
HAVE YOU SEEN… 2 gold choir chairs and 3 red folding chairs? If you have borrowed these, please return them, anonymously if you prefer…just leave a note on the desk in the office so we know they’re safely back home. Thanks. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
PRAYER FOR LOCAL OUTREACH Dear Father; We hear your call and want to listen and see with compassion and mercy those in and out of our presence that are in need. We pray for their burdens to be ours as well. We pray for open hearts, wisdom and grace to reach out to those who need us. Those who need you Lord. We pray that you lead us in the right direction to seek those who may not be able to seek us. Following you is the only way we can make a difference in our world, and we ask you to point us in the right direction. Please let us see and hear what is right in front of us, so that we may do your will accordingly. Let your light shine through us for all to see and shine on an opportunity to do your work and make a difference in someone's life. In your name we pray Jesus. Amen.
