Identifying & Deploying Your Spiritual Gifts by Dr. Lindsey Garmon

This is an excellent online book that discusses gifts in detail. I highly recommend it. It includes another inventory, which you can take if you wish. I don't like the inventory as much as the one in the initial link, but it should confirm the results of your first assessment, if you choose to take it. I strongly recommend Chapters 10-12.

Ministry Tools Resource Center

This site has a lot of good topics, including a Q&A section. It provides a definition and discussion of individual gifts and each gift's scriptural origin. Poke around on the pull down menus - you'll probably want to read each of them.

Acts 17:11 Bible Studies: Spiritual Gifts Inventory by Dean and Laura VanDruff

This site provides an introductory letter that gives some insight into the inventory process. Don't pay any attention to the instructions on how to take the actual inventory - just read the letter itself. At the bottom is a link to a "concise dictionary" of spiritual gifts that can also be helpful.

Questions on Spiritual Gifts

This is a good Q&A style discussion of spiritual gifts from the perspective of the Catholic Church - in particular, the Dominican Order and specifically, the Catherine of Siena Institute.

Finding Your Spiritual Gifts

This site has much good information from the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America. In particular, toward the end of this page is a helpful discussion of which practical ministries are a good fit with which gifts. Be aware, though, that complimentary gift sets are frequently needed in any one ministry. For example, the Worship and Music Commission needs people with gifts in helps, administration, service, etc. besides gifts in music and worship. You can also follow links to the entire ECLA assessment process.

AdvisorTeam's Temperament Sorter II

For a secular look at your personality type, graded online, check out this site. You have to give them some personal information in order to take this test, and they really want you to buy the detailed analysis (though you get some free analysis), but it is one way of looking at personality profiles.
