SOLO PASTOR

This 220-member mission-minded church is in fast-growing Delaware County just 30 minutes from downtown Columbus. We seek a pastor who brings a balance of preaching and compassionate outreach. PNC Summer Newsletter Report:

Condit’s Pastor Nominating Committee (PNC) has been meeting weekly since our appointment in May coming up with just the right job description info (our CIF – Church Information Form) to submit to the church office in Louisville for a computer search for a new pastor.  Our draft CIF document  was approved by Session June 11, and now needs to be input and approved into the Louisville computer matching system so we can begin receiving resumes (Pastor Information Forms).  Although we are not quite ready to “open shop” for resumes, we hope to be receiving those PIFs by next month to evaluate, sort and grade.  Anyone who might have a prospective pastor in mind can contact me so I can explain the search process we’ll be using.  And, remember, everything in the process itself is to be kept confidential.
