The Beautiful Video "The Nativity Story" was shown on Saturday, Dec. 8th. It was a great night of reflection about the coming of our Lord and Savior Jesus. Popcorn and refreshments immediatly followed in the fellowship hall. Our Next Video Night is being scheduled, so for further information call 492-o475

NEW PICTURES ARE NOW ADDED TO THE CHURCH PHOTO ALBUM CONCERNING THE PUTTING ON OF THE NEW ROOF, AND THE CHURCH ENTRANCE PORCH OVERHANG. SOON, MORE NEWS CONCERNING THE "NEW SANCTUARY".
Alot of wonderful and exciting activities, along with ministries will soon be starting up for the FALL season, along with some gospel groups scheduled for the near future. The Vision Unvieled 04/23/2004
On Sunday evening, April 18th, 2004 in our Local Church Conference, the people of Sidney Wesleyan Church decided in high favor of moving on with the building of a New Sanctuary. We praise the Lord for this vision, and are trusting in God to help us see it to completion. We will continue to post updates from time to time on the progress that is being made. Please pray for us as we take on this God-given vision. Thank you, and may God bless. UPDATE!!! UPDATE!!! WE HAVE RECENTLY STARTED PUTTING ON A NEW STATE OF THE ART ROOF FOR THE CHURCH, ALSO WE WILL BE PUTTING ON A PORCH OVER-HANG TO THE FRONT ENTRANCE THAT WILL MAKE THINGS THAT MORE WELCOMING TO THOSE WHO COME THROUGH THE DOORS. (PICTURES TO SOON FOLLOW) BE SURE TO CHECK BACK FROM TIME TO TIME FOR FURTHER UPDATES. Here's the latest update on the progress of our building project. We have started a building campaign, with several fund raisers planned, and will soon begin Phase 1 of the project. This will involve doing some upgrading to our current building and landscaping work. We praise the Lord for what He is doing concerning this phase, as we look foward to Phase 2 which will be the new sanctuary. We'll keep you posted!!! UPDATE!!! UPDATE!!! We continue to raise money for the building & improvement fund. The church has been repainted & it looks fantastic, new landscaping and two park benches were placed near the front entrance. Soon other things will take place to better improve our excisting facility, so that we will, by God's help, begin to look at Phase 2 of the project, and that is a new sanctuary. Praise the Lord...
