Our Beliefs
East Brady Baptist Church adheres to the traditional teachings of the Baptist faith and the Apostles Creed. A brief outline of the major points of our faith are as follows:
We believe in the Triune God, one God in three distinct personalities.
We believe in God the Father, creator of the universe and all that is in it.
We believe in God the Son, Jesus Christ, who died on the cross to pay the penalty for the sins of mankind. Salvation is found only in receiving Jesus as Lord and Savior.
We believe in God the Spirit, who comes to live in every believer as the Friend and Counselor.
Vision Statement
We at the East Brady Baptist Church, through our fellowship with God and with one another, commit to make ourselves available, so that the Lord might use us to bring others to a saving relationship with Jesus Christ. We will strive to foster a deepening of that relationship through the study and application of God's Word, through Spirit-filled worship, fellowship, and service.
Our Worship
Worship is a time we as a community set aside to recognize God as our King and Creator. People of all ages are called to worship our God. To that end, we include something for everyone in our services.
Our worship style is blended, combining traditional hymns and liturgy with contemporary music led by a praise band and occasional dramatic presentations.
