Where "U" are Needed...
"U" are needed in Bible ST_DY, but not in IGNORANCE.
"U" are needed in S_PPORT, but not in NEGLECT.
"U" are needed in _NITY, but not in DIVISION.
"U" are needed in D_TY, but not in IRRESPONSIBILITY.
"U" are needed in B_ILDING, but not in TEARING DOWN.
"U" are needed in CH_RCH!!
Ephesians 1:2 grace to you and peace from God the Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ.
Grace is something to be received and walked in. This greeting by Paul is not just a trite greeting form a casual friend with no meaning. When people read over it this greeting is not thought about much because it is a familiar portion of scripture. When Paul says Grace to you, he speaks from the perspective of one who knows about the grace of God in depth and knows the power of it in his life. That's right I said grace is power and more power than we can imagine.
G R A C E = God's Riches At Christ's Expense. Jesus came full of grace and truth to this lost and dying people who didn't deserve anything from God - sinners separated from God - but God extended His hand of Grace and Mercy to us through Jesus Christ His only begotten Son.
Grace is truly unmerited favor but it is so much more. Grace is the power of God and His abilities released into the weakness and inability of our lives to do what we can not do!
So in the personal greeting that Paul used he was saying may the power of God be released to you. We should also greet others with this kind of greeting - grace and peace to you from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. What we treat as a trite greeting can be a powerful release of the blessing of God into another's life if they will receive it.
2 Corinthians 12:9 - 10 (NIV) 9But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. 10That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.
Grace and Peace unto each of you who read this, receive the fullest sense of God's power released into your lives now in Jesus name!

Help us out - we have several needs. We have need of a new lapel or head set microphone and pick up. The old model we have is illegal now and I need to get a legal set up as soon as possible. Along with this I also need a CD/DVD recorder to replace the cassette tape units. This will help us get the messages and teachings recorded for all to have and to extend our ministry. Currently I don't have the extra money to get these things that can help us reach out to more people. Could you help us out? The vision, that I have for the ministry here, as the pastor of First Assembly of God in Blairsville, Pennsylvania is as follows.We have Ephesians 4:11-16 as our main scripture foundation.
Ephesians 4:11 - 16 (KJV) 11And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; 12For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: 13Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ: 14That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive; 15But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ: 16From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.
The Five Fold ministry is established by the Lord as to how church is done. The training of believers for works of ministry all over the world is the vision. We are praying in those who will be the teachers and the rest of the Five Fold ministers as well.
We will have classes that will be equal to a Bible college and the saints will be equipped to be used of God to populate the kingdom of God. Experience God! Prayer is where the power is released to the church. Prayer is where the Holy Spirit is invited to release the things of Jesus to the church and bring the kingdom of God to the earth. Jesus said that this Gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness and then the end shall come. That happens as the power of God is released through the church and they are a witness unto Jesus Christ in all the earth. Wednesday evenings will be a time of prayer as well as Bible study here at First Assembly of God so the power of God will be released into the lives of people as they come to church here. Prayer time should draw people that are serious about serving God and people with problems, so people will be saved and the Lord's will be done on the earth as it is in Heaven. Welcome to First Assembly of God church of Blairsville's website. The church is a place where God's people are edified and encouraged to walk in their giftings. I can share how God brought me through both a 4 bypass heart operation and rectal cancer. God's Word is true and it is powerful and it does accomplish what God sends it forth to do. God is good all the time and all the time God is good. I can also speak on a wide variety of Biblical subjects as the Lord would lead.
