The St. Christopher's Annual Time, Talent, and Treasure Auction is right around the corner! I hope you are planning on coming...and bring a friend or two! It's a fun night out! It will be held at Wyncote Golf Club on October 17th at 7:00pm. Tickets for this event are $15 in advance or $20 at the door. Tickets are available from any Vestry member or Julie Pepi. To reserve tickets, e-mail Julie at pepi@zoominternet.net. We need your donations of Auction Items by October 5th for inclusion in the Auction catalog. Please include an estimated value of your donation. We will then be able to give you a receipt for your donations and purchases. Items for auction include products, services, one-of-a-kinds. Here is a list of items that have sold well in the past: Furniture (especially Antique or Handmade) Live trees/plants Gift Baskets (especially themed, i.e., movies, beauty, sports, gardening, wine, pets, the possibilities are endless! Be creative!!!) Antiques/collectibles Gift Certificates Handmade items (blankets, crafts, furniture) Home cooked meals/dinner parties hosted at your house Baked Goods Girls/boys night/day out Tickets (sporting events, theatre, movies) Handmade wine or beer Vacation homes Tools/gardening items Services (babysitting, catering dinner parties, lawn mowing, housecleaning, the possibilities are endless!! Be creative!!!!) Memorabilia of any kind The catalog must go to the printer by October 5th, please have donations at Church or a description of the item to Julie by then. Donations may be called or e-mailed in, as well as the forms available in the Narthex or Pathways. Put your completed forms into Julie’s mailbox at Church. Pick up of items can be arranged. Items can be dropped off at Church House. St. Christopher’s is truly blessed to have so many generous and talented parishioners. We always have very creative and unique items for our auction, and it makes this event such a fun night out. None of this is possible without your support!!
