Friends and visitors are always welcome at our church events!

Saturday October 31 - Harvest Hayride/Bonfire - 5:00PM at the home of Jim and Mary Griffin, 201 Griffin Lane, Vanderbilt (Flatwoods). Hot dogs, buns, marshmallows, and beverages will be provided.

Sunday November 1 - Daylight Savings Time ends. Don't forget to turn your clocks back one hour!

Wednesday November 4 - Tri-Town Ministerial Community Worship Service - 7:00PM at the Church of Christ, Vanderbilt, Pastor Dave McElroy speaking.

Operation Christmas Child - We are collecting items for Samaritan's Purse / Operation Christmas Child. Monetary donations are also welcome. It costs $7 to mail each shoe box. Donations are due at the church by November 10.

Wednesday November 18 - Thanksgiving Covered Dish Dinner - 6:00PM in the Fellowship Hall. Turkey, stuffing, gravy, and beverage provided. Bring a covered dish and your appetite! The Tri-Town Ministerial Community Service will be held following the dinner. Pastor Chip Norton will be the speaker.

Sunday November 29 - First Sunday of Advent!

Sunday December 1 - 7:00PM - Community Worship Service at Dawson Methodist Church. The combined choirs of Vanderbilt Methodist Church and East Liberty Presbyterian Church will present a Christmas Cantata.

Saturday December 12 - Rabies Clinic, 10:00AM to 1:00PM at the Tractor Supply Store in Mt. Pleasant.
