The Ten Commandments:
for Church Leaders

1.         You shall accept your place of service enthusiastically, believing that God has called you to this task.

2.         You shall do your very best, even when the results are disappointing.

3.         You shall seek to learn your job so you can do it well.

4.         You shall be faithful to the worship services of church.

5.         You shall study the Word of God and spend time in prayer each day.

6.         You shall pray for those who are not Christians and seek to lead them to Christ.

7.         You shall speak well of your church and joyfully lead others to do likewise.

8.         You shall work with the entire program of your church and cooperate with the pastor and staff as well as other leaders.

9.         You shall follow God’s plan of Christian stewardship and set an example
for others.

10.         You shall seek God’s leadership in all matters and follow His will above all else.
