The Deacons had a meeting October, 13, 2009. April opened with prayer and a reading from Corinthians. Financial report was given. Sunshine report given: 4 Birthday cards were sent in September, 2 Sympathy cards were sent, 2 Get well cards sent. 

Old Business: the Shut in list was updated. 

New Business: the Deacons will again be collecting for the Blackburn Center during the month of November. Paper products, Female products (same as before). We will also be ringing the bell for the salvation army again at the Open Pantry in Norvelt. Details pending upon date of availability of Open Pantry. Meeting closed with prayer month of November.
