Willing Workers

Our group of volunteers is ready to be a practical blessing to you! Please call the church office (724-865-2063) if you need light yard work done, transportation to appointments, grocery pick-up (for free of course), or prayer - God put us here for you!  Let us know your needs.  All requests will be taken into consideration. 

Open session meetings
Our elders hold session meetings every 2nd Thursday of the month at 7 PM in the sanctuary (temporary arrangement to provide necessary wheelchair access), and unless it is an Executive Session Meeting, you can attend as an observer.

We celebrate the Lord's Supper every first Sunday of the month. Anyone who has accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior, including children who are being nurtured and instructed in the faith of the Lord and are baptized, may partake of communion. Even one who doubts or whose trust is wavering may come to the Table to be assured of God's love and grace in Jesus Christ. It is a visible sign of an invisible grace.

We invite you to read 1 Corinthians 10:16-17, 1 Corinthians 11:23-30 and Matthew 5:23-24 to gain a deeper understanding of what communion is all about.

Nursery care during the worship service. Our playroom is equipped for infants up to preschool age.

Church Library

Our church library has been built entirely through donations and currently consists of over 560 books and around 90 videos/DVDs, ranging from children's books, novels and dictionaries to books about life in the Christian faith , theology, psychology, history and Bible study guides. Check out time is 3 weeks and check-out is done on the honor system using a sign-out sheet. (If you need an item longer than 3 weeks, simply re-sign it out on the yellow sheet provided). The library is located across the hall from the church office in room 206 (upstairs).

Summer time nursery care utilizes a bouncy house. "Come inside - it's fun inside!"
