MEN'S BREAKFAST
A time of good food, fellowship and Bible Study on Genesis. A great start to your day. All men and boys are invited for May 12th at 8 AM (usually the 2nd Saturday of the month) in the fellowship hall.
WEEKLY BIBLE STUDIES:
WOW - "Women Of Wisdom" (Mondays 10 AM) meets June through October and is currently on hiatus.
Monday Night Bible Study (7-9 PM):
We started exciting new material on April 2nd, "Chasing
Daylight" by Erwin McManus, which will take us up to our summer break in
June.
"As long as it is day, we must do the work of him who sent me. Night is coming, when no one can work." (John 9:4)
In "Chasing Daylight", Erwin McManus looks at the story of how Jonathan
(son of King Saul) and his armor-bearer took on the Philistines and
changed the course of Israel’s history. When everyone else, including
Saul, chose to be passive, these two heroes were brave enough to trust
God and act on his instructions. God saw what they did, and He came
through for them. He helped them because they decided to seize a divine
moment. Free study guides are available through Karin Allison (724) 865-9953.
This group meets in the fellowship hall.
The Women At Pentecost: Gifts
A special one-night Bible study for women
(TPCP fellowship hall)
Monday May 21st, 7-9 PM
(childcare available by arrangement ~ please notify Karin Allison)
Women were present on the day of Pentecost. A study of the book of Acts
will help us explore our God-given gifts. Bring a friend!
