Welcome!

Permission to use any facilities of the church must be granted by the Session; please submit your request by the second Thursday of the month to expedite approval.

Call the church office (724-865-2063) to find out whether the facility you wish to use is available on the date you wish to use it. Reserve it. The required fee must be paid in advance or the building won’t be open on your usage date. The building will be locked after your event. (Please make sure you factor your set-up time into the rented time - for instance, if your event starts at 2 PM but you want to enter the church at 1 PM to set up and decorate, then your rental is for 1 PM, not 2.)

Please complete the TPCP Church and Facility Usage application (available at the office). It informs you of all terms of use.

Rental fees:

Fellowship Hall/ Classrooms: $50 for church members, $150 for non-members. (There will be  

 NO FEE for church members and their families for weddings or   funerals. This applies to the fellowship hall and the sanctuary.)

Sanctuary: [pictured above] $100 for non-members (weddings and funerals)

  Please note that the sanctuary may only be used for services of a religious or cultural nature. It is recommended that good taste be exercised in the decorating the Sanctuary. Religious music, organ practice and choir rehearsal are included as permissible functions within the Sanctuary.

There will be a $35 fee for cleaning up the sanctuary after a wedding or funeral. This applies to both members and non-members.

Organist:  Our church organist, Kathy Gallagher, will be available for weddings, rehearsals and funerals. Please contact her early to ensure ample preparation time (724-865-9152) and to negotiate fees. The organ may be used by any accomplished organist approved by Kathy, either for performance or instruction.

Kitchen: The use of the kitchen will entail an additional charge for the use of the stove, kitchen  

 utensils, instruction about the operation of the stove and safety precautions. A church representative will be present during the time of rental. The representative’s duties include instruction on the proper operation of the stove, safety procedures, observation and clarification if needed regarding the cleaning of the kitchen.

A fee of $8.00/hr. will be assessed for the use of the kitchen, with a minimum rental fee of $16. (Shower/party: 3-4 hours; wedding plus receptions: 4-5 hours).

These fees apply to both church members and non-members.

Generally, there will be no loans of church equipment for off-site usage such as tables, chairs, visual aids, music, kitchenware and dining service.
