What is the best way to get there? 

We are located right on Adams Street in Rochester, which is Route 68 that goes through town.  The best way to find us is to go to www.mapquest.com and put in your address and the church's (301 Adams St. Rochester, PA 15074) to see how to get here.   

Where do I park? 

There is on street parking located around the building, with the spots located in the front of the church reserved for handicapped parking on Sunday mornings.  There is also additional parking available in the AAA parking lot located across from the church if you would like to park there. 

What is the best door to use to enter the building?

That depends. 
Sunday School: If you are coming to Sunday School then the best entrance is on the side of the building on Vermont Ave.  The double wooden doors are the last set of doors located towards the back of the building.  That entrance will bring you into the lower level of the church where the fellowship hall is located.  Everyone, including the children, gathers in the fellowship hall before Sunday School begins for a short time of worship, after which everyone is dismissed to their respective classes. 

Morning Service:  If you are only able to make it to the morning service, then the main entrance located on Adams St. is the best door to enter.  There will be someone there to greet you and answer any other questions you may have. 

Disabled entrance:  If you are not able to use the stairs then the Sunday School entrance is the one you will need to use.  While we do not have an elevator, we do have a stair lift that can be used to bring you up stairs to the auditorium.  Please feel free to call us and let us know you are coming so that we can have someone available to help.  724-775-8931


What should I wear?

We do not have a dress code.  You can wear a suit and tie or dress, or dress casual, just as long as it is respectful. 

What is the service like?

We have a traditional worship service which includes hymns, a song from the adult or children's choir, prayer and a message from the Word of God.  The bulletin will have the song numbers from the hymnal that we will be singing.  The song numbers are also posted on the song boards located on the wall of the platform area. 

Do you have a nursery for children?

Yes.  It is located on the second floor of the building, and is staffed for both the Sunday School hour and the service.  When you arrive please ask someone for directions.
